I was reading the news on the site when i saw that you were making it so npc's cuold set where they walked, instead of random movement. Is this simply waypoints/sequence of directions or something more :o

Scriptable speech? Does this mean a box popping up with the chat in, with multi-pages and an inbuilt quest function?

Death? Is this the npc slowly disintergrating, death animation? death speech?

thanks,

~Kite

NPC's originally could only move randomly. Now they can cycle left to right or up and down or move in a square/rectangle from anywhere from 1 to 6 tiles in width/height, as well as stanging still and the original random movement.
They have scripts that are called on talk (pressing enter on them) and when they die. Basically we can decide what they say to a player and under what conditions as well as give a player a certain item based on other conditions. It gives a lot of creative lee-way for new stuff in the game especially relating to quests.
