If you need help with anything make sure you are as descriptive as possible and if it has to do with computers what operating system are you running (eg. win2k, ME, XP, Linux, etc.) and if you know your RAM(megabytes,gigabytes), processor speed(megahertz,gigahertz) and hard drive size(megabytes,gigabytes), they would probably help too. I think that's it.
