Title says it all. When we edit the first post that we made, we should be able to change its name as well. Kidna bothers me that we can't.
We need to be able to change the names of our post

Agreed, entirely. I was actually thinking about posting the same suggestion, but was really wondering if it actually bothered anyone else.

Can you not do it with the edit button in the first post of the thread?

And perhaps have the ability to delete our own topics or unwanted posts inside the topic.
Not sure how well it would work... People might be deleting posts everywhere.
And no... If we try to edit the first post there is no "Edit Title" bar.

Hmm. I have access to everything so I don't notice it but just to be sure, when you click edit on the very first post in a thread you started, there is no box for "Topic Title"?
If not, I'll have to look into it.
Edit: You should be able to now.

Maybe you should make another account just to be able to see what we see...

Normally in burning boards you can change the title of the first post, but the title of the thread remains the same. Just a mechanic of the forums, I always thought.
