So as your talking about Ireland. Here are some pictures of my last trip there. As many of you know I'm a rather poor photographer... but well here they are:

This is Wexford High Street. A nice town.

The east coast of Ireland. The massive economic boom of the 80's and 90's meant that a lot of Irelands absolutely stunning environment was sacrificed for growth. Its going back the other way a bit. Heres a pretty bit of the east coast with some windmills.

My ex's family co-erced me into going on a strange pilgrimage around an island (an island off of Ireland which is an island of an island off of europe). This completely went against my Anglican protestant roots. On the plus side, i learnt the hail mary (always handy in a plane crash). Posted Image

A lovely ruin. I forget where. Ireland and the UK are littered with them. Frankly I think we shoudl clear most of them away and build nice new highways in there place.

A genuine Irish bog! Wow it was lovely here. This was a monestry that was in continual uses for over 1000 years. UK and Ireland must be the only countries in the world which actually suit cloudy whether. Posted Image

This is Clonmel. Where most of my ex's family were from. its a really nice small town, who's main industry is the production of a delicious cidre. Its one of the biggest cider producing towns in the world (the biggest is 20 miles south of where i live in SW england). The Brits were not the only people to be mean to the Irish :( The Normans built the gateway you can see in the mid distance. They kept the nice town in the town walls for Normans only. The Irish had to live outside of the walls, and had to leave the town by sundown each day.

Cork, well the main thing i remember about Cork was the baffling one way system, as complex as it was unattractive, is, as we were walking down the High Street (Main Street to you north Americans) a teenage chav girl asked me for a Euro. I politely replied I did not have one (no change) to which she responded 'shove it up ya c*nt then". Apart from the obvious crudity of the comment was the obvious inaccuracy as being male i don't even have one. Its not very photogenic, i dont think i took any pictures.

Don't post here ever again.

Nice pics, Faselei.
I miss going through cobbled streets like that one in Wexford.

Curious: Did you happen to pass through Waterford? It's mostly known for it's crystal (glass) making. It's about 7 miles north from the town of Tramore.

I miss it so much... I want to go back there soon, even if it were just to visit. And I'd see all my relatives there, too.

Heh. No clue. I have triple citizenship (listed from most important to least: Ireland, Canada, England :P), so it doesn't make a difference for me.

Sorry to disappoint you Casey, Ireland is a mostly Catholic country, so I doubt it...

And besides... I'm just not that into you.

Sex adds inches to your waist... In increasing amounts for about... nine months.
