They could easily be slanted. If you wear glasses, you should know how common it is for your glasses to get off center. Hell, they almost always are when I watch television because, with the angle from my bed to my TV, it's easier to have them at a different angle from my eyes.I like it. But I would change the angle of the glasses... Each lens needs to go with the angle of the eyes to look as if they are connected.
There's really not much to comment on. It's nice, and there's not much we can say. Good job.

He means that the lenses themselves are horizontal while the glass rims (if they were there) would not be. Granted, glasses do go crooked but the lenses are always generally in line with one another or arched since they are attached through the middle over the nose.They could easily be slanted.
