You really could sum it up into one subforum if you wanted to - OOC Information and Planning. It would get those OOC topics off of the main board, so that they wouldn't distract from the RPs themselves.
I've seen it done on many other forums, and it gets the 'spam' (though you could hardly call them that) topics off of the main RP board. Just a thought, but I think it's a good one. Otherwise I'd not have bothered posting it.
