Now, my limits are not necessarily hindering to new characters! If inactivity is present, I will send PMs. If, after a time period dependant on the activity level of the RP, no reply is received, I take the liberty of writing their character off in the most logical way I can think of.

However, my limit has not yet been met. Feel free to make a character, though you'll have to be logical as to how you introduce your character to the already moving story. Not too difficult of a task, really.
