As you can see... With a little senseless free promotion of jibber jabber, the next page is back to normal.

*small voice* uhh... ms paint anyone? :S

Same here

Actually no, i have an old version of Paint Shop Pro i picked up for a tenner.

I guess if you naughty people have pirated PS then fine, but bugger paying 300 quid for the privelege. I will get GIMP.

Don't post here ever again.

I like your thinking. GIMP is a good choice.

Arrgh! >_<

... They shouldn't have made it so easy if they didn't want people to steal it. x_x...

I mean, it was basically like they left their car door open with the keys in in the middle of the ghetto. Stupidity has the right to be punished!

Not so much. It's like someone bought a car, made an identical copy with no cost or effort, and gave the copies away. A perfect example of why you can't put a price on an idea. It's like charging people to talk. Long words are premium.

sum day ill eat ur cat ricko...

That's quite flocci?nauci?nihili?pili?ficatious, defining fine, quality, and great ideas as worthless. Almost enough to give a man breathing in your flocci?nauci?nihili?pili?ficatious words pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis.

Dammit! Now I'm in $2000 of debt.

Now if Adobe took that attitude, maybe people wouldn't pirate the program so often. o_o....

And Gravity. There's so many Ragnarok Online private servers that it's almsot scary. I'm not sure why they can't just go to the eAthena website and shut them down... But then, they did try. I guess Korean lawyers suck?

Its because the people who download the program for free are A) included in the estimated over hang of the product; meaning that they are incorperated into the cost already. PLUS B) they use the people who use the program illegally to advertise it too the people who can't.

For example, in the MMORG maple story. There are ALOT of hackers. But the thing is, there are still more players who can't hack and just play (Unless you play the broa server... then its the other way around.) No one likes the hackers, but if they were not there. The cost of rare items would be insain... Only way I can splain it.

Good point. I guess I didn't think of it that way.

It's the same way in most MMORPGs. Bots fuel the economy because they usually sell things for an affordable price.
